Event Details

Join us for a Senior Yoga class in partnership with the Crim Foundation! Yoga instructor, Elizabeth Wise will guide this 6 week yoga class specifically designed with older adults in mind. This beginner level class will incorporate basic chair and standing yoga poses, stretching, and deep breathing to help you gain flexibility, strength and a sense of calm. (Mats not necessary)
