Yoga has been called one of the best forms of exercise for older adults because it is a low-impact activity that can be tailored to all fitness levels. You don’t have to be flexible (or even athletic) to enjoy the benefits of yoga! Yoga can provide many benefits, including relaxation, increased flexibility and strength, better sleep, and much more.  Join us for a Senior Yoga class in partnership with the Crim Fitness Foundation.
