UM-Flint’s Community Writing Center, the Rough Draft Café, provides writing support services to community members.

Teens join us at a new creative writing workshop designed to empower youth by developing their critical thinking and creativity.

Combine the fun brick-building of LEGOs with the exciting world of coding. No experience necessary. The building blocks were provided by a generous donation from Friends of the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library.

Decompress after school! Join Ms. Amy from Michigan State University Extension as she leads youth in mindfulness practices that we can use in our everyday lives. 

Join TAB to give librarians guidance about better serving teens and creating library programs, then stay and share an original piece or perform a favorite song.
