Please join us for a Community Conversation on Civil Rights and Immigration Law connections!
The talk will focus on the common history of the civil rights movement and immigration law and address challenges pertaining to immigration documents, ability to work, travel and stay in the United States.
Reginald (Reggie) Pacis was appointed by Gov. Granholm to serve on the first MI Asian Pacific American Advisory Council
followed by the MI Asian Pacific American Commission and was subsequently appointed by Governors Rick Snyder and
Governor Gretchen Whitmer to serve consecutive terms as member and trustee of the above commission. He has also served in
various positions on the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
