Double classroom seats up to 48 Classroom Style. Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning fee), for use of the library's A/V equipment, for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting. Microphones now available. Please request in the notes.
Equipment
Podium is available without a fee. Payment of an A/V fee gives access to the projection system via your HDMI or our wireless system. Zoom room setup and microphone available. Room darkening shades.
Seating
Standard room setup is Classroom seating 48. Alternate setups by the library require a fee, or else you can set up the room yourself and put it back when finished.
