Reports to: Board of Trustees 

PURPOSE AND GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Executive Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating library operations and activities. The Executive Director supports and promotes the library’s vision of being “Flint’s go-to place to Learn for Life,” which enhances the quality of life for the residents of the community and other constituents and stakeholders. Diversity is a core value at the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library.
