Decompress after school! Join Ms. Amy from Michigan State University Extension as she leads youth in mindfulness practices that we can use in our everyday lives. 

Join us for a night filled with crafting. Choose from a selection including crochet, coloring, perler fuse beads, clay, origami, and more! Relax and visit with other teens as you create together.

Choose your own adventure in journaling! Each journal is a creative one-of-a-kind experience with the use of found objects and everyday materials to journal about one's day, events, follow prompts, or get the creative juices flowing.
