Adrianne, age 15, has been described by her peers as a good friend, a nice person, and even sexy and hip. She joined the Flint Young Writer's Forum in 2001.

Adrianne (known as Annie by most people) has four things that are important to her, namely: friends, writing, music, and the internet. She sums-up her childhood in one word: boring. In deep contrast, Annie explains, her current life resembles a soap opera with all its emotional twists, turns and occasional backstabs.

Annie writes for fun. She's described her writing style as standard fairy-tale affair with dark undertones of angst. Some of her main writing influences include Tamora Pierce, Francesca Lia Block, and Amelia Atwater-Rhodes.

Annie's hobbies include but aren't limited to drums, writing, and hanging out with her "people." Her musical interests include emo and punk rock.
